Work conditions
We guarantee each team member a salary (honorarium) in accordance with current market values, depending on his/her experience, qualifications and work performance. Prospective team members are briefed on salary (honorarium) scales, salary increase prospects and the bonus system before being recruited or at the time of drawing up a contract for the rendering of legal services to the clients of the professional partnership.
We value friendly relations and a good atmosphere at work, but we do not accept excuses. We do not criticise each other, but we state our opinions and offer advice. We do not make demands on each other, but we do ask for assistance when it is required. We encourage upgrading of qualifications. We install and use the latest technology in order to make our work easier.
