Requirements
For inexperienced students:
• strong desire to work and to pursue the career of an advocate in the field of civil (commercial) law;
• good student record at university;
• initiative, sense of responsibility;
• good logical mind.
For experienced lawyers, advocate’s assistants, advocates:
• recognition and espousal of the partnership’s values;
• ability to fit in and to work in a team;
• experience at doing independent legal work;
• ambitious professional aims.
We make it a requirement of our team members that they must go up or go out (improve or leave). The timeframe is not unlimited. Therefore a deadline is set tasks to be implemented and professional qualities and skills to be attained at each step of the career path. If one claims there is not enough time, then it may be that one does not have the personal qualities needed to be an advocate.
